Based on targeted feedback, our R&D team carries out elaborate field studies and interviews with experienced growers, in order to identify critical issues and explore potential solutions. Our prototypes are followed by a complex series of long-term performance tests, both in controlled and natural environments. This is accompanied by continuous optimizations, leading up to the final step: serial production.
Center Drives & Generators – 3 Years
The center drives and diesel generator need to be serviced after each crop cycle (minimum of once per year) under our maintenance instructions. RainTek provide three years warranty except the wrong operation, or no maintenance, or unauthorized repair.
Gearboxes & Sprinklers – 2 Years
The gearboxes should be inspected periodically during the operating season following our manual. It’s necessary to replace the left and right gearbox together to RainTek same products. RainTek provide two years warranty of the gearboxes and sprinklers, except the wrong operation, or no maintenance, or unauthorized repair.
Electrical Controls – 3 Years
All the key electrical products RainTek is using are world famous brand, such as Eagle timer, Honeywell & Omron micro switch, Schneider contactor, ABB circuit breaker. RainTek is confident to provide three years warranty of all the electrical control products, except the wrong operation, or no maintenance, or unauthorized repair.
Pivot & Linear Whole Irrigation System – 2 Years
RainTek warrants that the complete irrigation system will be free from original defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original sale when used within the working specifications for which the product was designed and under normal use and service. RainTek assume no responsibility for defect, damage or loss caused by or during installation or removal, or the unauthorized repair, of the goods.
